How do I work?
Repair
After inspection, I will provide you a full condition report with estimate cost and time of the repair. In most cases, it takes around 2 working days (up to 6 days with complex issues).
Service
Regular professional service and preventative maintenance is the best way to keep your machine in good shape. I will strip your machine down and check the condition of every single element. All worn out parts, like seals and gaskets, will be replaced and freshly lubricated to avoid problems in the future.

PLEASE NOTE
* Inspection Fee is calculated on the time spent on disassembly and fault finding on the coffee machine. It will be deducted from the final charge upon a successful repair. The Inspection Fee is not refundable.
** Minimum Cost is based on a repair that requires no additional/new parts (or minimal parts only).

Repair time is dependant on the fault and availability of parts. I will call you with a full explanation of the fault and the full cost before continuing with the repair.
