How do I work?
I have many years of TV repairs experience. In most cases I can provide a quote over the phone or via email, so please try to have the make and model of your TV to hand when contacting me. It’s also helpful if you can provide details of the suspected fault.
Depending on the workload I will always try to provide the same day service.
Please note: due to the expensive and uneconomic costs of replacing screens, I do not offer a screen replacement service.

The cost of parts for LCD, LED and Plasma TVs can vary greatly, this is why I will always let you know the full cost of the repair once the equipment has been fully inspected.

* Inspection Fee is calculated on the time spent on disassembly and fault finding on the TV. It will be deducted from the final charge upon a successful repair. The Inspection Fee is not refundable.
** Minimum Cost is based on a repair that requires no additional/new parts (or minimal parts only).

Repair time is dependant on the fault and availability of parts. I will call you with a full explanation of the fault and the full cost before continuing with the repair.
